SANDEEP JAGGI

Co-founder, Yoga Teacher and Therapist

Sandeep is a former Pilot and UN peacekeeper who discovered a new way of living through Yoga. He has formally studied at KYM, Chennai, a prestigious therapy institute in India, for six years.

Guided by the aspiration to help his students understand their somatic environment, his classes are an intriguing mix of movements, dynamic breath patterns, visualization, and chants. The foundation of his classes is based on the phrase by the revered teacher T.K.V. Desikachar:
“In whatever we do, breath is the master.”

Sandeep grew up in the Himalayan state of Jammu and Kashmir and the plains of Punjab. Since both states have a rich and ancient history of Vedic and tantric traditions, he was fortunate to absorb the fundamentals early in life.

He lives with his wife in Hyderabad, India, and has a grown-up son. Apart from his deep fondness for yoga, Sandeep loves being in the mountains, reading, winter sun, and good humor.

andré cavanha

Co-founder, Yoga Teacher and Therapist

“Yoga is my life,” says André — a reflection of how deeply the practice shapes his work and daily living.

Originally from Brazil and based in the United States since 2000, André began his career as a journalist, working as an international correspondent for Brazilian media before becoming a publisher and editor of a digital lifestyle magazine in Los Angeles. His background in storytelling and cultural insight continues to inform his thoughtful, intentional approach to teaching.

Yoga entered his life in 2007. He completed his first teacher training in 2015 and deepened his studies in 2019 at the renowned Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India, immersing himself in the classical and therapeutic foundations of yoga.

Today, André blends clarity, tradition, and compassion in his teaching, creating supportive spaces for self-discovery, healing, and meaningful transformation. He lives along Florida’s Emerald Coast with his wife and children.

therapy training, witnessing firsthand its power to support healing and well-being.

Through nurturing classes, André empowers students on their paths to self-discovery and healing. His compassionate approach makes yoga accessible and transformative for all.

When not teaching, André enjoys Florida’s Emerald Coast, spending time with his children and relaxing at home with his wife.

VIVIANE VILELA

Co-founder, Yoga Teacher and Therapist

Movement has always been Viviane’s preferred language. Growing up in the mountains of Minas Gerais, Brazil, she was encouraged to engage with various dance forms starting at the tender age of six. It was through dance that she discovered the body’s potential to express and heal.

Continuing her quest for knowledge, Viviane earned a degree in Physical Education and devoted her early career to supporting children and seniors through her insights into sports and movement. Her extensive work in schools, studios, and wellness spaces laid a robust foundation for a deeper path.

Later, she was drawn to the wisdom of Yoga and studied extensively at the prestigious Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM) in Chennai, India. She graduated as a teacher in 2013 and later completed the International Yoga Therapist course.

Her teachings are aligned with the KYM approach to breath; she believes that breath is the rhythm that shapes the music of movement as a whole.

Viviane loves Rome and has been living there with her husband and two children since 2006, guiding people through the power of conscious breath toward awareness and healing.
