Private Yoga Class – 60 Minutes
This is a personalized 60-minute session designed around where you are right now. In this quiet space, you’ll work one-on-one with the teacher to gently explore whatever feels most helpful — whether that’s a few therapeutic adjustments, a little more breath awareness (pranayama), some alignment refinement in asana, a touch of philosophy or chanting, or simply a moment to check in and receive guidance.
